About PractiPix

In these Terms, “PractiPix”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the operator of the PractiPix website and related services. If you need to contact us about these Terms, email info@practipix.com.

02

Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the PractiPix website, including browsing public pages, using contact and chat tools, subscribing to updates, unlocking downloads, creating or using an account, placing orders, using customer account features, and participating in the forum.

If a product page, checkout page, order flow, installer, or license activation flow includes additional terms or license-specific rules, those additional terms also apply to the relevant product or feature.

03

Eligibility and responsible use

You may use the site only in a lawful and responsible way. You agree not to:

  • use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
  • interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or other users;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, payment, download, or licensing controls;
  • upload malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
  • scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site in a way that is abusive or not authorised;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation; or
  • use the forum, forms, or chat tools to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or clearly inappropriate content.
04

Accounts and access

Some features, including customer account functions, saved orders, downloads, and parts of the forum workflow, may require an account or sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens through your account unless caused by our own fault.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

02 / 05-08Orders & delivery
05

Orders, pricing, and payments

Product information, availability, pricing, plan descriptions, and payment methods are shown on the relevant PractiPix pages at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting software delivery.

When you place an order, you authorise us to process it using the payment method or payment instructions made available at checkout. Some orders may require manual review, payment confirmation, fraud checks, or licensing steps before downloads or activation details are released.

We may correct obvious pricing, technical, or availability errors before accepting or completing an order.

06

Downloads, trials, and software licensing

PractiPix may offer free, trial, and paid software downloads. Access to some downloads may require you to provide an email address, sign in, complete checkout, or satisfy license validation requirements.

Software is licensed, not sold. Your right to use PractiPix software is limited to the scope described in the relevant product, order, activation, or license flow. We may suspend, revoke, or limit access to downloads, licenses, or activations where reasonably necessary to enforce plan limits, address abuse, respond to fraud, or protect the service.

Trial access may be limited by time, feature availability, activation status, or device limits.

07

Customer support, contact forms, and chat

PractiPix offers support channels such as contact forms, customer email, and the PractiPix Assistant chat widget. The chat assistant is intended to help with published help content and support routing, but it may not always be complete, current, or correct.

You should not rely on the assistant as a substitute for professional advice or for decisions where an inaccurate answer could cause loss or harm. If you need human help, use the support handoff or contact us directly.

08

Newsletter and marketing updates

If you subscribe to PractiPix updates, you agree that we may send you the newsletter or similar product communications you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

09

Forum and community content

The PractiPix forum is a public community area. If you post content there, you remain responsible for what you post. You must ensure your posts, uploads, links, and replies do not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

By posting content to the forum, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and make that content available as needed to operate and promote the community service.

We may remove, edit, limit, or moderate community content, and may suspend community access, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

10

Intellectual property

The PractiPix website, branding, text, software, design, images, documentation, downloads, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where we clearly say otherwise, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit protected PractiPix content or software beyond what applicable law or an express licence allows.

12

Availability and service changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site, features, downloads, plans, forum tools, support tools, or account functionality from time to time. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise that every page, feature, download, or integration will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country or on every device.

13

Acceptable limits on use

We may implement reasonable technical or operational limits, such as download gating, activation caps, anti-spam checks, moderation, traffic protection, account verification, or support workflow limits, to protect the service and other users.

04 / 14-20Limits, rights & changes
14

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the site or related services if we reasonably believe that:

  • you breached these Terms;
  • your activity creates security, legal, payment, licensing, or abuse risk;
  • your use harms the site, other users, or our operations; or
  • we are required to do so by law or by a legitimate enforcement request.

Where appropriate, we may also remove or disable content, accounts, downloads, or licenses connected to that misuse.

15

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If a term in these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

If you are a consumer, any ambiguity in these Terms should be interpreted in a fair and transparent way consistent with mandatory law.

16

Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the website, public content, community features, AI assistant output, and informational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. That means we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted, fully accurate, fully complete, or suitable for every specific purpose.

This does not limit any warranty or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on public-content features such as the forum or AI assistant. We also do not exclude liability where the law does not allow exclusion, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other rights that must remain protected under applicable law.

18

Privacy

Your use of PractiPix is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

19

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
