First launch / Three guided moves

From blocked to open, without guessing.

The warning is part of the current beta signing flow. Keep the first dialog available, follow Apple’s security route, and approve only the PractiPix app downloaded from this website.

Approve the source, not just the filename.

Use this override only for PractiPix downloaded from the official PractiPix download page. Do not approve an unexpected copy received from another website, message, or file-sharing service.

01Launch

Open the downloaded app

Download the installer from PractiPix, open it, and move the app to your Applications folder if macOS offers that option.

When you launch PractiPix for the first time, macOS may show a warning that the app could not be verified. Do not move it to the Bin.

Keep the dialog available and continue to the next step.

02Review

Open Apple’s instructions, then click Done

In the top-right corner of the warning dialog, click the question mark. macOS opens Apple’s own instructions explaining how to allow an app that has not yet passed the automated check.

After reading the instructions, return to the PractiPix warning dialog and click Done.

This closes the first dialog and prepares the approval control in System Settings.
